This policy explains how Mal's Outcast Pasta, LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit malsoutcastpasta.com, call us, text us, or email us.

Information we collect

Text messages. When you text us at (614) 900-5165, we receive your phone number, the content of your messages, and the time they were sent. This may include catering or event details, or dietary and allergy notes you choose to share.

Phone calls. When you call us at (614) 900-5165, we receive your phone number and the time and length of the call. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and we tell you at the start of the call. If you leave a voicemail, we receive the recording and a transcript.

Email. When you email us, we receive your email address, name, and the content of your message.

Website. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, may record standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. Some pages load content from third parties, including an Instagram feed and map and script libraries, and those providers may collect information under their own privacy policies.

How we use information

We use the information you send us to answer questions, respond to catering inquiries, coordinate events, and provide customer support. Dietary and allergy information is used only to answer your questions and plan your food.

Text messaging

We text you only in response to messages you send us, or when you have given us your number and agreed to receive texts about a catering inquiry or event. Message frequency varies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Messages are handled by our text messaging service provider and our internal communication tools solely to deliver and respond to them.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our hosting, phone, messaging, transcription, and email providers, and only as needed to perform those services. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.

Retention

We keep messages and contact information only as long as needed to serve you, keep reasonable business records, and meet legal obligations.

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
